Fairies Meeting Place, Right Here!

Making Magic
A fairy reached up in the sky on her tippy toes so high, there a lovely star she found to put upon her fairy wand!
With a twinkle in her eyes the little fairy always tries
To make some magic, sweet and clear For all she in her heart holds dear!
So make a wish, your very best, And your dream just may be blessed By the fairy and her star,
Be she near, or be she far!
For wishes have their own bright wings, The soul its beauteous music sings;
Light touches light, so far, and you together make your dreams come true!

It is time to fly through the Toy Blocks’ new adventure – The Land of Elves & Fairy! Once upon a time, our little angels flew through the magical land of whims and imagination. They frolicked with the whimsical miniature townsfolk, added magic to their fairy gardens, explored mushroom houses, and read fairy tales. As children spun the wheels of colors, sprinkled fairy dust, brewed potions, and created charms; we immersed hands deep into the mystical Reggio land together!

Fairy Garden

The land had a Fairy Garden, engulfing the enchanted tree in its backyard. Clustered with greens, glowing flowers, and deep roots; a mysterious lake laying in the middle

of the garden. The garden and the land were sprouting vivid mushroom with spots, some red, some blue, some yellow, some white. The garden inhabited animals, swans, rooster, and mushrooms houses for the animals, elves, and fairies. Kids got close to the garden as they smelled the flowers, swam with the fishes and the ducks, took the rooster home, and flew the butterflies. They delightedly sat on mushroom toadstools with mesmerizing flora encircling them. It was a peaceful day in the garden!

Mush-Room in My House

Twinkling lights and fairies in snowy golden lights invited the kids to the mushroom house. Children crawled into the make-believe mushroom world, their faces amazed with the fairies, lights, and bright rays of hope. It was the captivating jars and bright lights that drove them to explore further as they slowly inched inside the house, spellbound!

Apothecary – Potions

Completely metamorphosing into magical creatures, our elves and fairies used nature ingredients (and sparkle) to brew their natural potions. Absorbing the magic in the land, kids mixed the spells, enraptured. They sprinkled previously collected (fallen) flowers, petals, and leaves into a cauldron of water, food color, and glitter! They excitedly created their own formulas as they dusted the natural objects as imaginary herbs: rosemary, feathers, herbs, marigolds, and moonbeam glow. They powerfully

stirred the potion, it burned, it boiled, it bubbled, and once it was ready, they scooped it out, prepared to carry the magic along!

Wave your Wish

It was time to create magic and wave our sparkling wands to make a wish! Children made remarkable shiny magic wands for themselves and transformed into fairies as their blessed each other with love. They used natural elements around them such as twigs and translucent stars and produced natural fairy wands. Kids waved Kids flicked and swished their wands, jumped in glee, and chanted the spell – ‘abracadabra’ – as they swirled and twirled. The wands were also transformed into a cricket bat and walking sticks as part of their pretend to play. It was beautiful to see children wishing to themselves and for each other as they waved & tapped their wands on their friends to share the magic! The magic of wishes reflected their gleeful experience as they engaged in imaginative play!

Sprinkle or Sparkle

A real fairy needs their fairy dust, ready to sprinkle love and magic and joy. Kids made their own sensorial fairy dusting dough. They poured some scented water to stimulate the smells, to knead the dough, and making it soft. They added drops of food color to their unique dust & dough. These magical elements were intended towards complete sensorial stimulation – tactile, visual, and olfactory. The final

kneading was complete once kids pounded and added flowers, leaves, petals, and oodles of glitter!

You’re My Lucky Charm

The children adorned themselves with self-created charming accessories and nature jewelery produced from headbands decorated with flower petals & leaves and worn as tiaras for our little fairies & elves to wear. Kids also cerated matching nature wristbands by choosing their nature trinkets. The children put on the accessories and truly felt and behaved as fairies and elves, spreading the magic and joy all around!

As the day ended, kids had explored and spread their magic into The Toy Blocks’ Land of Elves & Fairies! Fly with us into our next chapter of this adventure!
